Memorial books provide a lasting tribute to a loved one. Honor books are gifts that live on, to be shared by others for many years to come.
Through your gift, you have the choice to:
- designate a specific book to be purchased on behalf of your loved one
- give the library permission to purchase whatever is needed
A bookplate will be personalized and added to the book of your choice.
Please provide the following information:

Name of the individual for whom the book is in memory of.

Name of who is presenting the book.

The name and address to where the acknowledgement should be mailed.

Include your choice of book: specific book or whatever the library needs.
